In response to a rise in staff departures since the 2020 pandemic, Atlanta Public Schools (APS) faced challenges in hiring and retaining teachers and bus drivers for the 2023-2024 school year. Motivated by a commitment to shaping students’ futures, we launched an innovative multimedia campaign that emphasized the vital role of teachers and the dedication of bus drivers in uniting the community.
